Returns: RADICI Area Rugs are returnable within 20 days from shipping date. There is a 20% restocking fee. Defective Rugs may be returned up to 1 year from date of shipping. All returns must be approved and accompanied by a return authorization number issued by the manufacturer. Credit will NOT be issued for returned freight unless it is an approved manufacturer's defect.
