The Kirsch tension pulley comes with a small plastic bracket to attach it to the wall.  Not sure about the part number you are asking about.  So the price you see is for both the pulley and the small bracket that attaches it to the wall or baseboards.

Yes, the double bracket. I can get that for you. You would need to call the office as that is a special order item and we don't list it on our site. I will give you a price when you call. I didn't have the Kirsch book with me last night when I answered your post. Also didn't know you were doing a double rod set. I almost mentioned that in my post since it is the only tension pulley bracket sold on it's own. No problem, we can get it for you and they are in stock and ship out right away.
